We were delighted to have Installed a Daikin air conditioning System into the premises of a UK-based hair and beauty wholesale supplier based in Derby. This company have over 30 years of business experience, have a number of other premises throughout Yorkshire and Derbyshire. They are a very successful business providing beauty products and training for hair and beauty salons nationwide.
The company needed an air conditioning system to provide a comfortable working temperature for its busy sales offices and retail showroom area. The size of premises made air conditioning the best solution for their heating and cooling requirements.
The air conditioning equipment chosen for the warehouse style showroom were Daikin FCHQ High-Cop 360° Round Flow cassettes. This model has one of the highest co-efficient of performance/energy efficiency ratio values on the market today. The 360° radial air pattern ensures uniform airflow and temperature distribution to help avoid drafts and cold zones.
The showroom had its own wall mounted independent remote control. It is fully programmable and features a text driven menu for ease of operation. It also has three levels of access to prevent unauthorised tampering with pre-set programmes and room temperatures.
The offices each have a Daikin high wall unit installed. Each office has its own programmable remote control, so each room could be heated or cooled to suit individual requirements.
The system was installed in 2011 and the company invested in a 5 year, service and maintenance contract resulting in an efficient, low cost and trouble free system.
